Privacy Policy

1. What we process and why

• Birth date (solar), birth hour (optional), gender, country of birth: to compute and read your chart
• Conversation: to write replies. We do not store the full conversation on our servers; a one-line summary per message (max 8 lines) stays in a cookie in your browser
• Another person's birth date and gender (partner, child): for two-chart readings. Never names or contact details
• Your backcast answers (yes/no): to calibrate readings
• Report orders: order id, product, amount, payment status, and the birth data, question and chat summary at order time (to write the report)
• Payment: your email, card and billing country are collected by the merchant of record directly. We never see card details
• Kakao/Google sign-in (optional, when available): account id, email, display name
• Partners: handle, platform, contact (email or Kakao id), payout method. Bank details are collected separately at first payout
• Generated automatically: an anonymous id, arrival source (share, referral, partner code), access logs (IP address, browser type)

2. How long we keep it

• Cookies expire as listed in section 5
• Order and payment records: 5 years (Korean e-commerce law)
• Report text: kept so your link keeps working; deleted without delay on request (order records are kept separately for the period above)
• Referral records: 1 year after the reward is settled
• Partner records: 5 years after the partnership ends (payout records)
• Access logs: 3 months

3. Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we run no advertising or analytics trackers. We disclose information only when the law requires it. Partners see counts and amounts for their own links, never who bought or what they asked.

4. Service providers and international transfer

These providers process data on our behalf, all outside Korea, over encrypted connections at the time you use the Service:

• Anthropic, PBC (USA): writes AI replies and reports. Receives chart data, conversation, memory lines, your question. Not used to train models
• Vercel Inc. (USA): hosting. Receives access logs and every request made while you use the Service
• Supabase, Inc. (region [TBD]): stores orders, reports, referral and partner records
• Lemon Squeezy or Paddle [TBD]: payment, receipts and tax as merchant of record. Receives order id, product, amount; you enter email and card details with them directly
• Kakao (Korea), Google LLC (USA): sign-in (optional, when available)

5. Cookies

No advertising or analytics cookies. Every cookie below is needed for the Service; clearing them also clears your saved birth date and chat memory.

• sc_birth: your birth data, 30 days
• sc_mem: chat memory summary (max 8 lines), 30 days
• sc_bc: backcast answers, 30 days
• sc_quota: today's free message count, 36 hours
• sc_aid: anonymous id that groups your orders, 1 year
• sc_attr: arrival source and referral/partner code, 60 days

6. Sensitive information and minors

We do not ask for health or other sensitive information; please keep it out of the chat. The Service is for adults (18+) and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. A child's chart report uses only the child's birth date and gender.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, or export your information, or to stop its processing, including your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Send your report link or order id to the contact below; we answer within 10 days (45 at most where US state law allows) and never treat you differently for asking. Data kept only in your browser is deleted when you clear its cookies.

8. Security

HTTPS everywhere, signed cookies that cannot be forged, least-privilege database keys held only on the server, and signature-verified payment webhooks.
