Refund Policy

1. Before you open the first chapter

Full refund within 14 days of payment, no questions asked.

2. After you open a chapter

Opening a chapter starts delivery of the digital content, so the right to cancel for a change of mind ends. We state this right below the pay button. We still refund in full when:

• the report could not be finished and was not fixed within 24 hours of retrying
• you were charged twice for the same order
• the report differs from what was shown before payment (title, number of chapters)

Where the law of your country gives you more, that applies.

3. How to ask

Email [TBD] with your report link, or use the refund link in the receipt email from Lemon Squeezy or Paddle [TBD].

4. What happens

We decide within 3 business days, and the merchant of record returns the money to your original payment method; your bank may take a few more days. A refunded report's link is closed.

5. Thank-you reports

A report given as a referral thank-you had no charge, so there is nothing to refund.
