Terms of Service

1. What the Service does

We compute your saju (Four Pillars) chart from your birth date and hour, and offer a conversation and reports based on it.

The conversation and reports are written by AI. We say so at the entrance and at the foot of every page. You are talking to an AI, not a person. In preview mode without an AI key, you see only what the chart engine computed, and the page says so.

Saju is a tool for reflection. It does not guarantee any future, and it is not medical, legal, financial or tax advice. The Service does not make predictions about health, legal outcomes or financial returns.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. No account is needed; Kakao or Google sign-in is optional and only keeps your conversation across visits.

3. What you enter

Enter your own birth details accurately. When you enter someone else's birth date (a partner, a child), enter only what the reading needs; never their name or contact details.

Please do not put health conditions, government ID numbers or account numbers into the chat. We never ask for them.

4. Free use

The birth-date reading, the three-line hook, the five-year backcast and five messages a day are free. We give 7 days' notice before changing what is free.

5. Paid reports and payment

Reports are one-time purchases, never subscriptions. Current prices: $2.99, $14.99, $29.99. The price shown before you pay is the price you pay; we do not show crossed-out "original" prices or countdowns.

Payment is handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy or Paddle [TBD], which is the seller on your receipt and handles sales tax/VAT. We never receive your card details.

A report is written chapter by chapter; your answer at the end of each chapter shapes the next. Your report link is issued before payment and stays open for as long as the Service runs.

6. Refunds

Full refund within 14 days if you have not opened the first chapter. Once a chapter is open, the digital content has been delivered at your request and the right to cancel for a change of mind ends; we say this right below the pay button. See the Refund Policy for the cases where we refund anyway. Where the law of your country gives you more, that applies.

7. Report links and sharing

Anyone who has your report link can read the report. Treat it like a password.

The share button creates a card page with the report title, your day pillar and one line from chapter 1, never the report text or your question. You can remove the line before sharing. Ask us to delete a report or card any time by sending its link.

8. Referrals and partners

If someone who arrived through your share link answers all five backcast years, your next "How he sees you" report is on us, as a thank-you (up to 5 a month). Rewards obtained through self-referral or automation may be withdrawn. The partner program has its own terms.

9. Not allowed

• Automated bulk access or scraping
• Impersonating someone, or entering someone's details in order to harm them
• Using readings to deceive or threaten anyone, or for anything unlawful

10. If things feel heavy

If self-harm or suicide comes up, the Service stops reading and points you to people who can help. In the US, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). Elsewhere, findahelpline.com lists local lines. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

11. Changes and shutdown

We give 7 days' notice before changing the Service (30 days if the change is worse for you). If the Service shuts down, paid reports stay open for at least 30 days so you can save them as PDF.

12. Liability

Except for intent or gross negligence, we are not responsible for decisions you make using a reading. If you did not receive a report you paid for, the Refund Policy applies.

13. Ownership

You may read, save and share your reports for personal use. The Service's pages, copy and software remain ours.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without taking away any mandatory consumer protection of the country you live in. Please contact us first; we will try to resolve any issue directly.
